In Indonesia, a Citroen BX could be had for dirt cheap. 1000 US-made Green paper could get you one decent running example. Now, how stupid it is to make a Citroen BX 4TC replica out of the standard BX?
Here's the standard BX for comparison. Stalin-Approved Tea is a helluva drug.

It's a great idea. But somehow I think it's like somewhat impossible. Getting that 2141cc PSA XU engine will be difficult. The 4wd-system (without a diff-lock!) is a unique system developed for just this car, the engine is mounted longitudinal (instead of transverse like the normal BX has), only 200 have been built so getting hold on body panels could become hard, the list of potential issues is endless!

I guess i'm just going for the looks, not the full car..

A replica would probably be tricky. Creating an AWD turbo BX rally special probably wouldn't :) who knows, might be quicker than the Citroen effort!
Take 1x Citroen BX 4x4, swap in a turbocharged Mi16 engine and sprinkle in some torsen LSDs. Should be a bit of a monster :)

Those 1000$ BX's mainly consist of 1.4s with not even 70bhp. Making that look like a 4TC would create some badd-ass looking tractor for sure. Stop drinking that tea!
The looks alone would be very hard as well though: because of that longitudinally mounted engine the 4TC's nose is completely different (longer), just look at the part in front of the front wheels.

Yeah, i'm affraid they put some vodka in it.
In indonesia that's the price for a BX GTI. Standard bx won't even fetch 700..

Now that give me an even more stupid idea..
In Indonesia 3rd gen Evo 3 could be had for 4-5k USD. Now i have an idea to fit a BX body to the lancer. How hard can it be?

How hard can it be? ;)

Yeah ;)
Cut the body, strap the BX body to the Lancer with some adhesive, and there you go!

Next time you're getting tea, try to set it on fire first. If it burns, don't drink it!

Here's an engine picture.
